What is ValueBoi?
ValueBoi is a free service that helps you find trusted local sellers in Monrovia — directly in WhatsApp. There's no app to install and no account to create.
How do I find a seller?
Open WhatsApp, message ValueBoi at the business number, and type what you need — for example, "jollof rice in sinkor". You'll get back a list of verified sellers near you.
Do I need an account?
No. ValueBoi uses your WhatsApp number; that's enough.
Does it cost anything?
No. ValueBoi is free for buyers — always.
What if I can't find what I want?
Type your search anyway. If we don't know a word, we'll offer to learn it. Either way, your search helps the system improve.
What if a seller doesn't respond?
Try another. We can't make sellers reply, but every seller on ValueBoi has a verified WhatsApp number — they got the message.
How do I know a seller is real?
Every business number on ValueBoi is verified via WhatsApp. We send a one-time code that only the real number can receive. If a vendor is listed, that number is theirs.
Can I report a bad seller?
Yes. Reply 'report' in any ValueBoi chat, or email trust@valueboi.com. We read every report.

How do I sign up?
Message ValueBoi and say "I want to sell". The whole onboarding takes about 3 minutes.
What does it cost?
Nothing. ValueBoi is free for sellers. No commission. No hidden fees. See /pricing for the full story.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?
No, but it helps buyers recognize you. You can switch a normal WhatsApp number to Business inside WhatsApp itself.
Can I change what I sell after signing up?
Yes. Message us and tell us what to add or remove.
Can I remove a listing?
Yes — message us and ask.
Can I have multiple shops or locations?
Yes. Each location gets ranked by how close it is to the buyer.
What happens to my customer data?
Nothing. We don't store your conversations or your customers' details. The chat is between you and the buyer.
Can I leave the platform? How?
Yes — message us and ask to be removed. Your listing comes down within a working day.
Trust & safety
How are sellers verified?
We send a one-time code to the business WhatsApp number a vendor gives us. Only the real number can receive it. If it's confirmed, the vendor is listed; if not, they're not.
Do you rank sellers by quality?
ValueBoi ranks results by how well your search matches what a vendor sells, and by how close they are to you. Your safest signal is what you see in your own chat with the seller — verified business number, real responses, real prices.
How do you handle complaints?
Reply 'report' in any ValueBoi chat or email trust@valueboi.com. We respond within 2 working days.
What data do you keep about me?
Your WhatsApp number and the messages you've sent ValueBoi. We don't see or store the messages between you and a seller — those go directly through WhatsApp.
Is my phone number visible to sellers?
Only when you tap a result and open a chat with that seller — same as messaging anyone on WhatsApp.
