Live on your WhatsApp in under an hour.

What you'll actually do.

Each step has a clear finish line. You can pause and come back — the console saves your progress.

  1. 1under a minute

    Sign in

    Sign into the console with Google. The account you sign in with becomes the owner — you can add teammates later from Settings → Team.
  2. 25–10 minutes

    Connect your WhatsApp number

    We use Meta's official Embedded Signup — you authorise from your existing WhatsApp Business app via a QR link. Your number stays yours; the app stays installed; customer history stays intact. We just become the platform that the agent answers from when you don't.

    If your number isn't eligible for coexistence (rare), the console offers two fallbacks: migrate the number cleanly, or use a fresh one we provision.
  3. 320–40 minutes (this is the real work)

    Tell it what you sell and what you know

    Two parts:
    • Catalog — what you offer + sub-items (with prices when you have them). The agent recommends from this.
    • Knowledge — your hours, your policies, FAQs, delivery zones, anything a buyer might ask. Paste it in, upload PDFs, link your website. The agent answers from this and nothing else.
    Garbage in = the agent reflects badly on you. Spend the time here.
  4. 415 minutes

    Test, tune the voice, go live

    The console's Test surface lets you message the agent as if you were a buyer — try the 20 questions your real customers ask most. Tweak the persona (name, tone, languages, off-limits topics) until the answers sound like you.

    Flip the agent on. It starts answering on your number immediately. You can pause it any time from Settings → Agent control.
After you go live

The day-to-day.

The agent runs itself, but a few moments are yours.

Check your Leads inbox

Every captured lead lands in /leads. Skim it once a day, mark the ones you handled. The agent attaches the full transcript so you know exactly where to pick up.

Take over when it matters

When you reply to a buyer from your own WhatsApp app, the agent yields automatically. Reply naturally; it'll step back in if the conversation goes quiet again.

Update knowledge as things change

Hours change, prices change, policies change. The console's Knowledge tab is one click — the agent picks up the change on the next message.

Watch your usage

Conversations and knowledge entries each have a monthly cap on your plan. The console shows where you stand at Settings → Plan & usage; we ping you at 80% and 100%.

Common question

“What if it gives a wrong answer?”

The agent answers only from the knowledge you upload. It doesn't make up prices, hours, or policies — if something isn't in your knowledge, it says it doesn't know and pings you. That's why the test step matters: run your real questions before going live. The pre-flight check catches almost everything.
